Yeah like Korn says do a send gen swap cause by the time you go out and buy all the oem gaskets and parts to rebuild your can get a $600 engine and $200 swap kit and still have money left over.one...

Factory alarm does not go off if battery drains.it will go offf if hood is popped and car is jumped
Aftermarket alarm will go off(Viper) if battery drops...

Just replace the lens if thats all that broke....

Just replace the lens if thats all that broke. Remove the bulb and bake lens down in the oven at 220 for 15 minutes grab with a wet towel and pry off the lens.

The wiring for these was based on the cefiro which came with cellphones back in the day Infact on 4th gen Maximas (cefiro) they even had a cellphone dock and dash mounted mic to talk thru.

Just change the o2 sensor.the monitor will never set if either the built in heater circuit or the sensor itself is failing. The Cat can be defective but its the sensor in your case unless you can see...
