I cant imagine replacing that thing every time i take it off. Ive probably removed and reinstalled that plenum 3 times this last month trying to diagnose a misfire.

good advice, it worked. Replaced all 3 sensors with hitachi sensors from rockauto. The problem has gone away.

are you suggesting to use 2 spacers per sensor?... that might work on bank 1, but bank 2 is so tight on clearance, i cant even get one spacer to fit in there.

Wow.. thats a lot of codes you've accumulated there. It might be a good idea for you to get one of those bluetooth OBD2 modules from ebay, they're only like $30, and can send real-time diagnostics...
