Ah, sorry -- my bad. It's a 2000 model. Bummer, I thought that Nissan/Infiniti would make a dual system where the old "flashing check light" or the OBD scanner could be used. I guess it's a trip...

Last year, my A/C stopped blowing cold air. So I took the car in to a Nissan dealer and they checked it out. I had the choice of either having the coolant/freon replenished, or completely replacing...

The price of mods

Well, not only do dealers usually do you in with trade-ins, but I'll bet those mods won't help. If you can take the time to put the car back to OEM spec, that may save you some $$ if the dealer...

Get a set of OEM's just in case

I've heard that some DMV inspection sites will fail a car with non-OEM headlights. You may want to get yourself a set of cheap used OEM headlights to keep handy in case that happens to you... I'd...

Hi Ange,

Does the front bumper require the fenders? If the fenders aren't used, what modifications are necessary to mount the bumper? It looks to me like it may need bodywork to be blended in...

I'm considering a complete replacement, from y-pipe to exhaust tip. If part of the GD, what price could you quote me for CCES-G4B ?

Thanks,

Best excuse to stick with a 4th gen

Beautiful job--simply beautiful. The money you invested is well worth it. I'd take a '99 with your mods over a low mileage stock 5th gen any day.

I've had my '95 since new and it's still going...
