Well, not only do dealers usually do you in with trade-ins, but I'll bet those mods won't help. If you can take the time to put the car back to OEM spec, that may save you some $$ if the dealer...

Beautiful job--simply beautiful. The money you invested is well worth it. I'd take a '99 with your mods over a low mileage stock 5th gen any day.

Any kind of modifying of the OEM 95-96 tails will look crummy... even spraypainting the amber part red looks shoddy when lit up. I imagine if you brought the taillights to an expert plastic works...
