I've been using Akebono Street Performance pads for the past 3k+ miles and I love them.

No noise, almost no brake dust, and great stopping power (even when cold).

Same thing happened to me. I found a regulator+motor off of a 99 at a junk yard for $15.

You can find them on eBay for ~$30-$40, IIRC. Try contacting the seller and seeing if they'll sell it...

Any chance that the school had parking lot cameras? That helped a friend of mine when someone smashed the rear end of his Civic and decided to leave. The camera got everything.

AFAIK, you can get it at AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts for like $3-$8.

It's usually in the "Performance" aisle with the intakes and whatnot.

I fixed the problem by cutting a small hole in the coupler with some scissors and sticking the sensor in there.

Perfect fit and much easier than drilling a hole in the intake itself.
