I use Mobile1 10w30 along with a Mobile1 filter on my car (5th gen) with ~136k miles.

It seems a bit heavy and I may use a 5w next time.

I had the same problem. I ended up having to buy a little kit of heads from Autozone. I think it ran me like $7 for the heads kit. Aggravating to say the least.
