i bought the car w/o a functional mast antenna and decided shave the damn thing off. it was easy to get to, just had to remove the bracing for the oem jack and the rest was obvious.

No software that I've heard of, but IIRC, you could run larger injectors and have an AFC dial back fuel trim, which, as I understand it, convinces the ECU to advance timing.

Someone more qualified...

You gotta work your way up to the 2000 grit paper.

After I lay down the paint I'll try to smooth it down with 800 - when it's really bad/uneven. If I get it pretty even I'll start with 1000 grit....
