thanks to everyone who replied. after messing around with it myself for a while i decided to take it in to a local car audio shop and let them find the short.

help w/ 98 I30 and Bose

In February I put in a Kenwood DPX301 because the buttons on my Bose HU were breaking off and I wanted an RCA input to plug my ipod into. It has worked fine with the Bose speakers since February but...

you should go to your doctor and get an mri to make sure they didnt damage anything during your probe. you'll also want to make sure they didnt leave any type of type of tracking devices in you.

dont mean to post jack but i was just at the store buying fuzes and i bought these really cool ones that light up when they blow. it makes finding blown fuzes a lot easier
