I would just stick w/ regular and a wix filter. Keep the recommended viscosity, and dont' go crazy w/ a 10w-40. or WD40 ;) lolz

Water would be the best method. YOu don't have to use distilled water, just use tap water a few times, then install you KOYO.

After that get some distilled water...
