I sold my beloved 2004 Smoked Max. Although I loved this vehicle so much in so many ways, I also tremendously hated it as well for all the endless quality issues it had - I won't go into the details...

Don't let that deter you. If the dealer won't do it now, tell them you want it under goodwill since it is a serious design defect. Failing that, call Nissan directly and plead your case with them.

He told me the 07 is definitely getting a CVT "option" to start, and will come out earlier in 06.
