Nope, yours is different. As for my self, i have a RMS leak as well as the mentioned TC cover oil leak. Either you deal with it and periodocally add oil or you shell out the cash.

Oh yeah, thanks TunerMax :) That was the problem. It said DOT4/5 compatible on the bottle. That's what caused all the ruckus.

As for wirelessdude04, i just had all four brakes done and made shuire...

I'm referring to the aluminum UPPER oil pan that is between the engine and the steel(black) oil pan to which you're probably reffering to. The TC cover has a gasket too IIRC.

no prob, rneedles.
Getting a used low-mileage OEM hitachi from a junkyard is almost guaranteeed to last longer than any rebuilt/am one.

My TC cover is leaking in the same manner. Very annoying to say the least!
Doesn't leak in the summer though

Mine that when it got below freezing. Drove like that for two days until the temps went up. I have new calipers and cables mind you. I also had a groaning noise comning from the driver's side rear...

IF it only happens when cold, i'd assume that the battery is weak and therefore the voltage drops below 12v (which is when the lights go on).
I'd replace the bettery (especially if it's old). ...
