Ha Ha i would love if it was from the intake..i do get a growl sound when i go WOT..

but this sound is consistent starting from 25-30 mph gets louder aroun 45-50 and then stays the same going 70+...

i would have noticed if it was a sucking sound..

Im currently away from the maxima so I would check if the airbox is loose or not by this weekend.

Lately I have been hearing a growl sound from inside my car. It gets louder going 40+ mph

I think its the alternator having the problems ?

I am going to Trans fluid change with Redline and the Diff. fluid with Motul. Its for the 98 maxima and has around 1,23,xxx miles.

is it good to use those two or should i go to the local dealer...

I have a set of 350z 17'' rims that I want to put it on my 98 Maxima...


any one want chime in..give some info.

the tires are 225 and 235 rear.
