I don't know anything about the Four Season brand. Does the plug on the fan motor have 2 wires in it or 4 wires. 2 speed fans need 4 wires.

The P0302 is a misfire on cylinder 2. Probably the ignition coil. Swap cylinder 2 ignition coils with cylinder 4 (or 6, doesn't matter) ad see if the code changes to P0304...
