How would you explain the almost perfect circle hole with what appears to be burn marks around the circumference of the hole. And I'd think the area on the outside surrounding the hole would show...

Yes the car was bought used ac. Already checked bulbs and wiring. There aren't any modifications to any of the lighting. Car has no funky smells, I know what that type of issue would smell like....

All the lights are stock oem. The headlight bulbs are the same ones that were in the car when I bought it about 5 years ago.

Went to change my oil and noticed my headlight had a hole melted through from the inside. Has anybody else seen this happen with the glass headlights on the 95s?

I neglected to say I have an AT. Fluid seems fairly clean and I pulled the drain plug when I first got it and no metal shavings so it may not need it.

When I had my oil pan off everything was pretty, amber and spotless. I noticed my valves looked like new when I had the UIM off.

Are there any metal splash guards available anywhere for 4th gens or has anyone here been able to fabricate any?

I was hearing an odd rubbing noise the other day only to trace it to the splash...

Check to see if any of the hoses got damaged, check for anything that could've gotten knocked loose during the install and double check the connections on the sensors.

My tip was forcibly removed when my max got rear ended a few weeks ago. There's only a couple of spot welds holding it on. A block of wood and a hammer would probably work fine.

Nope, it's AT asand, no leaks on that side of the car at all.
