You can check your O2 sensors by just measuring...

You can check your O2 sensors by just measuring the resistance. Read the FSM, it tells you all the acceptable ranges. That would help rule it out

Situation Update

I finally got the bolts back from the shop and had them sent to Jasper Engines and Transmissions. They got them pressed in about a day.

I installed the bar yesterday and it went on pretty quickly...
