so a couple weeks ago i opened the moon roof and it wouldnt close. you could hear the motor turning, but it didnt close, i was able to pull it shut with my hand. it opened fine, but wont close without help.

then today i noticed it wasnt sitting properly with the roof. the drivers side seems to be stuck down. when i push the up vent switch the passenger side goes up but the drivers side stays stuck down and the glass bends. it wont slide back either because it wont lower when the switch is pressed.

has anyone ran into this? is there an easy fix (doubt it)? any help would be greatly appreciated.
