Maf sensor? replacement

I think my maf sensor is malfunctioning. my car dies at low speeds and sometimes doesnt want to accelerate. i take off maf sensor hookup the 4 screws on it and pull the 3 wires back and it car runs...

Not really sure about this but shouldnt this affect RPM? like the little black knob in the IACV when i turn it clockwise should lower rpm and when turned counter should give more RPM, and does this...

i switched out fuse and next one blew out. So i was sure there was a wire stripped or something. so i disconnected one fog and switched fuse and it turned on, no fuse burnt so i look into fog light...

Fog lights wont turn on

Fuse by battery infront of drivers side named FR fog 15V looks like it doesnt work.:( the connection looks broken compared to other fuse and it is broken. i believe this why they wont turn on. right?...

so i was driving down highway..behind a semi...hear a crack. and start looking around windshield and nothing so i didnt make much of it. Later i was changing oil and there is a hole in my fog light....
