Jeff, What code does the CEL have ? look for threads based on that particular code. Also sometimes cleaning MAF actually kills it and if you're on your original MAF I would rather replace it.

Jack, Check your motor mounts, both front (radiator side) & rear (firewall side). Last summer I had similar problems and found out that both mounts were bad. Thanks to Dave B for his quick advice.

Hey Ryan could be more specific about the code. If its p430 then it's really PITA to fix it. I got that code last year and it turns out to be leak at the intake. Hope this helps. Have Fun !!!
