Both the axles and the LCAs were kaput and had to be replaced...

I think the axles are all the way in. I also removed them by pulling a few times on the axle itself. They come out really easy......

It was a single click, and it clicks almost immediately after I turn to the right. I took the car to the mechanic and he said that the click comes from the strut bearings. No biggie....

How hard is it to remove the axle seals? I know that the new seals should be basically hammered in. Would I need a special tool, or I can just pull them out with a screwdriver or something?

Yep, going from 16" to 18" rims raises the whole car 2 inches... Dropping it one/two inches would just restore the stock height of the car. But it still looks nice the way it is. Your call :)

That sucks... I usually buy parts from rockauto.com and they usually give the best prices, but their price for a remanifactured MAF is 231 + shipping. Damn, looks like the wreckyard would be the best...
