Also, if I remember correctly the 5-speed 5th gen needed to have the ECU reflashed to fix the engine hesitation/power surge problem (the TSB should be in the TSB sticky)

I think that's exactly what it's for. Mine is off right now but I'm gonna get some spacers and longer bolts (of appropriate type for a frame brace) and put it back on.

The 00 SE was suppose to have 17" but they only became available in Sept-Nov '99 before that everybody got 16". (I think 5th gen went on sale in June)
