It probally has air and non condensibles in the system creating higher than normal pressures. Like others have said at least throw a vaccumm pump on it and weigh in charge.

Looks just like my carport under my 1995 gle did. Before I had the steering rack replaced. Also the control arm bushings were shot too. My brother in law did all the work and no more leaks.:D

When i first got my 95 gle. I sprayed "soapy water" on the radiator and found a pin hole in the top plastic part. Otherwise it was invisible.
