My buddy who worked on it checked one of his locksmith forums and a guy had the exact same situation so he unplugged his BCM for 1hr (the reset time) and programmed...

I know I was just shocked that the stock ones that I had in there were much whiter than the new philips ones but I guess now that I think about it they have gotten whiter over time.
