considering buying 5th gen

I currently own a 96 SE 5spd w/ 205k on it and am considering upgrading to a 5th gen, possibly 5.5 gen.

Im thinking about getting an Automatic Transmission this time.

I've heard of Oil leaks?...

Recall- 1996 SE

Well... Just got my car back from the Nissan Dealer. Had my recall work done which consisted of:

front & rear o2 sensors
evap control valve
EGR valve
and a couple of other things.

i might have that noise too sometimes when its colder. the best description for the sound would be sliding a metal legged stool on a tile floor, sorta that metal binding moaning noise.
