I have the UR on my 99, also had it on my 95. Worked flawlessly, not sure about quality of the OBX, but you should be fine. I know the UR requires a slightly smaller (length) belt for a nice fit.

I did this on mine, but only because I have the red/clear outer lenses. Seems like you wouldn't want it flashing since its red any the turn signal is amber. Just my thoughts, but great write up.
