check out the TSB on moaning brakes. Nissan sells a rear brake kit that keeps the rear pads away from the rotors.

Nissan has a TSB about groan on the rears when backing up. They make an updated set of rear brake pad clips that keep the pads away from the rotor. I did mine about a year ago. Works great...no more...

In order to break the KS which is bolted to your engine I would suspect you would need to place the engine into a hydraulic crusher with the actuator placed on top of the KS and apply 3000 psi.

My 1990 GXE has developed an engine noise that is driving me crazy!
Symptons:
Can be heard at lower RPM's when eng speed decreasing. If I take RPM's up to 1500 in nuetral/park and let off the gas...

It's an ignition related problem. Most likely your spark plug wires.

Newbie question

Hello,

Just purchased a 1990 GXE. The armrest seems awful low. Did Nissan have an upgraded armrest that sits higher? Car is cloth interior.
