i have the worst luck ever. at about 8.45pm we got t-boned by x5 on cicero and lawrence in Chicago, ****er ran a red light and hit us going at least 45....

give me an example when engine is cold and oil has been disturbed?
unless you just started the engine and shut it down and was checking oil level right away there is no situation you need to warm it...

the only reason you have to wait for it after...

the only reason you have to wait for it after driving is for oil to drain back into the oil pan, and if you're parked on a slope you'll never know the exact oil level unless you compare it to flat...

oem NKG platinum are awesome last 100K no problem, worth the money IMO.
if you buy a new set make sure they are gapped by the dealer you cant gap them like regulars you will mess up the coating
...
