Ok I will try getting at the ECU and resetting it. Hopefully that will resolve the issue as the car seems to be running great. No noticeable issues. I will keep you posted.

My vote is the coils too. Coils are the only issue I have had on my maxima. I have had it for 9 years and have replaced coils three different times. I only replace the bad ones.
