FS Stillen kit rear valences

I have L&R rear valences for the 97-99 Maxima Stillen kit (no lip or side skirts, just the rears). Unfortunately I hit a rock at the edge of a driveway so the R one is scuffed, but it's not terrible....

I know many cars including newer cars allow OBD port to power on (and power on ECU) with ignition off. I am not sure about the 4th gen Maxima.

Pay per mile works by charging you a monthly rate...
