Thanks.

The Tirerack link didn't work for me for some reason but strangely enough works now. Probably my company's proxy server, it's been doing strange things all week.

Which ones would you use? According to their catalog they don't produce 2 piece rotors for the Maxima. At least not direct replacements.

I'm at 14,000 km (8750 miles)

I got it Sept of 2001 and I haven't driven it the last two winters. My winter car that was suppose to die over a year ago refuses to do so, so I keep driving it and...

1) Wash with a detergent. Dawn dish soap seems to be the popular choice. This is to remove any old wax still on the car.

2) Clay bar

3) Polish

4) You should probably was the car again at...

Problems with 80 minute CDRs

The only issue I've ever had with CDRs is with a 80 minute disc. The BOSE system in my car (AE) seems to stop playing at 74 minutes no matter what. Nothing bad happens, it just skips back to the...

Re: Turbos

Ok, lets take a typical hydrocarbon combustion reaction:

1 H16C7 + 11 O2 --> 8 H2O + 7 CO2

That is, 1 mol of gasoline reacts with 11 mols of Oxygen to form 8 mols of water and 7 mols of Carbon...

Re: How to get out of a lease.

60,000km in 8 months!!! :goofy:

How many km do you have on your lease? Many 3 year leases don't even have 60,000km, nevermind the 270,000 you're heading to in 3 years. I hope you have a real good...

Actually I feel the whole one car a year thing is kinda outdated anyway. They should just switch to a new version as soon as they can econimically retool for it. Drop the year identifier and just...
