IMO the Eibach Pro Spacer Doesnt require for you to replace your studs. Here's the picture.... ( http://eibach.com/eibach/images/Pro-spacer.jpg ) Make sure that you get the size 20mm.

Save yourself the hustle of getting them H&R spacers and just get them Eibachs Pro Spacers. They have a pressed in studs so its a matter of taking off your wheels and installing them :) I have them...
