The Stealth lip is the lip that MaxxTuning had made a while back. It's basically a Stillen aero style lip for the 02-03. :)

There's lots of space between the wheel and caliper w/ stock calipers, but I don't know if it's enough or not. You can certainly run a 235 as I run 245-45s on my 17x8 FNO1RCs. :)
