you need the serivel socket from snap on if you having a hard time. it fit right in and does not hop, jump off like the one at pep boy. I mean the socket that spin, not the adapter u-joint.

hold the top and bottom of tire and move/tilt it up and down. if it has to much excessive play, than replace it. some car need a little play to flex. if you don't fix it, sooner or later it will come...

spray some anti rust before it get rusty looking like that. I spray some anti rust on that beam every time i change my oil, and my beam look no where like that rusty.

if you don't have shim on your brakes it will rattle, clunk, and have wierd sounds, especially the rear brakes. it had happen to me before so just get those shims.

I think the valve clearance don't need to be adjusted. Maybe it say check it only. cause the motor comes with hydraulic lifter meaning its self adjustable.

Doing all that mods to your intake, then why not just get an air compresser and put it in the trunk and run the line to your intake and get a switch or lever to activate it.

guess you have to unplug that ecu and take it out, put a new screw. if that don't work. just get a use one for now at a junk yard. That suck, you stab that ecu.
