I never seen one go bad. I assumed it was a one piece. Did not know they were slid together. Yea that the bad part. Now I have to order one or maybe try my luck at local pull a part.

Yea it is possible. But I am not going back to stock. I have removed and cut all the old line and metal to run a one piece from the slave to master. It really frees up alot of space.
