coolant leak - water pump - opinion needed

hello friends....

i have 98 max auto with high milage. in the last couple of weeks (since it got cold in east coast) i started to see few drops of coolant leak from passaner side under the engine...

I just got it changed while doing having my oil...

I just got it changed while doing having my oil changed. mechanic charged me 8$ worth it.. he drained the oild for change, replaced the switch, put new filter, refilled new oil

for me it was MAF sensor. Did not get the check engine light but my MAF was bad.. try to find one in junkyard or borrow one from a friendfor couple...

it really depends on how much bearing and hub are baked together.. if you buddy can easily seperate them then i dont see any issues in resuing the hub (at least i have)...
i suggest have one hadly...

went to inspection and got a brand spanking new sticker valid till 9/2012. could not be happier. after about 200 miles since cleaning the tube cel has not shownup!

thanks marktab for nice pictures.. had the cel on for almost 8 months.. while at it i cleaned TB and IACV and everything around it. unfortunalty i could not remove the 2 bottom boths despite trying...

someone please grab it! this is one of the parts you should always have a backup in case the one on car fails!. they cost about 130 for refurbished if you have to buy when the problem occurs.
