according to them it's not, just a power seat w/usual adjustable lumbar, do the rear seats pull out on bottom and unscrew on top like my 98?

I'm looking at a quick buy on leather seats to replace the cloth units in my 2k2 SE. my passenger seat is a manual slide (not power) and the leather seats i'm looking at have a passenger power seat....

thanks guys. i read where some spring sets come with some. i wasn't for sure if mine had or not. i'm just wanting to prevent any suspension noise i don't have to have.
