My hub nut would go loose after driving as well so it's not an uncommon occurrence (and I torque to spec). I over-torqued mine and its been fine for a few years now.

Yep they can give you all that data. I've used "Dash Command" predominantly. There is a page that you can set up all of your own custom gauges and graphs (as well as the usual stuff already shown)....

Most of these cars have greasy parts strewn all over the insides that others have pulled from the car. There was an I30 with tan carpet that was good though if I remember. This is in Atlanta though.

I got 2 front Monroe Sensatracs quick struts about 6 months ago. Very happy with them and they get my full recommendation. Very nice ride and while hesitant to buy them, I've been impressed.
