Just count the amount of turns the lug nut makes as it gets tight. Rule of thumb is you should have 12mm of thread engauged for a 12mm stud. You need 10 turns (10x1.25= 12.5mm).

If you don't find faults in the ecm for missfires you may want to check the inner cv joints. A failing inner cv joint can cause a vibration when acclerating

looking back the shots above have 275mm tires, here are a few with different size tires. They rear is a 255/40, I can't recall the front it's either a 255/40 or 245/40.

This is a 9 +34 (your 8 +20 will sitck out 1mm less) ...

No if you're locking the front wheels now, more brake won't help that. You need to look at your front tires first. You are going to have to learn threshold braking.
