Oil level
Chain tensioner or
Chain guides worn out.

Will update pic on the trim once removed and yes all of the wood grain is glued on, not the original.
I have my trim painted matallic silver, just the center, and IMHO I like it better than black....

I totally agree. High mileage? All bushings on car tend to go bad. Also don't forget to check your struts, they may be worn.
