Well 6 man hours and one finger that requires 6 stiches later it fixed. Rad works perfect cold air blowing and no more clunk.

I think he's saying check the spacing in the wheel well compared to the opposing wheel. Does it match the other or is it pushed forward or back in the well.

Checked the fans. They are running full blast. Let it run for 5 minutes and the temp gauge didn't budge?? Dinner just arrived so I'll try purging it afterwards. Thanks for the advice guys.

Amazing car at an amazing price. Wish I would have come across a deal like that. I like the looks of the 6 gen a lot more than my 5th. Then there's the extra power n gear. I'm jealous :gap:
