I have used Auto Check. Its close to $45 for 3 month and unlimited checks. CarFax was $35 for one car. Checking wither CarFax ot AutoCheck is always a good idea.

I got my 00 SE recently for $4100 with 90k miles. It was maintained well and had Stillen sway bar, RSTB, FSTB and KYB GR2s. 39K sounds too good to be true....make sure to check carfax and autocheck...
