Mine came with a cheaper version of tape on it, not 3M. But, it also came with a tube of adhesive that I decided to use. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I've taken it up past 100mph...

Thanks again, I called SES. They don't sell to the public...and they said the two fog light inserts are part of the bottom 3 piece set. I wish I could find them on their own.
