looking at keeping cost down i think im going to start with a plate of 3/16ths cut the holes to fit the lower intake manifold and on that plate i will also mount the m90 but as far back as possible...

I was looking at a friends 99 he just brought over and i noticed some set of rods on the lower intake manifold it looks like it controls something but there is NO vi upper to speak of so i dont know...
