Well, I just got back from my yearly trek to see the in-laws for Thanksgiving up in Ohio and I noticed the darndest thing. My MPG decrease when I was in the colder climate of the north (below 40F)....

I got the rims from tirerack.com for about $160 each. Tires were from my local tire guy for $200 a piece. In total, cost about $1500 for everything. I am very satisfied!
