you are luckier than I was with cleaning this... ended up with a new TB and can now do the idle relearn in my sleep.

The canister/valve are under the car, driver side rear, next to the gas tank as gjaa mentioned.

Coincidentally, I logged on to look into this as well. Does any know if the canister from an 04 max...

It is more like your "2"... but both the water pump and thermostat seem to work...

Both fans are running.

It is recessed quite a bit into the engine. I think it was either a 12mm or 14mm, not too sure off the top of my head.

15 hours for 600 bucks is CHEAP! 80/hour is cheap nowadays... your rate is HALF that. Nice job on doing this for so cheap!
