They are manufactured by Street Scene Equipment and are called Speed Grilles. They currently only come in brushed aluminum (possibly chrome in the future). They are made for the Main grille and the Valence/Bumper.

Greg is a great guy, and many people on the .org have used him.
Green Tree Transmissions in South Jersey sells rebuilt trannys with warrantee. I got my 95 limited slip for $600 installed. While they had my legs out, I had them put in a ACT clutch (I provided it) which they only charged me $50 labor.
For all the threads that argue about this, here's the final answer. I have had both of these parts in my possession and can verify their functionality as listed below.
22680-AD210 = 2000-2001 MAF Sensor (Note: Sensor Only - Does NOT Include Plastic Tube)

0600-0601 VQ30DE & 0499-0600 VQ30DE - 22680-AD200 changing to
22680-AD201 which goes to a service file TSB to change the element.
Motorplace.com - GREAT place to find parts (i.e.MAF)
Dave B hooked me up with this site when we couldn't find a replacement MAF. If you have a part number (you have to have it) for any car/make you can search their database to see if any participating dealers have it in stock.
The MAF is backordered through Nissan but we were able to locate 6 of them on the east coast - and I was able to get it overnighted to me.
(in some cases, like MAF sensor for Max2000, they beat the local dealer's price by more than $100!)
They say, shipment charges are 6% of the total price.
