Service Engine Soon Light (O2 Sensor)

My service engine soon light came on last night. I have pulled codes before but when I tried last night I got 10 long flashes and 1 short flash. I looked in my Haynes manual and couldn't find anything. Then I went to Autozone and had them hook up the OBD II reader and they said it was an O2 sensor (second bank, first sensor). They said that was the one right after the cat. Do I just need to replace it or is there anything else I need to check. Also, the SES light kept flashing at one point. It was flashing faster the faster I went. I read in the owners manual that this means the engine is misfiring. The engine sounded fine and performs like normal. Now the light is on solid? Any help would be great!

Well according to that site it is my Front Left Htd 02 sensor heater. Is that the same one as mentioned above?
