In my case, it was turned out to be the ignition switch. It is a relatively cheap part and easy to replace.

The Gas tank cap was sold and so are some gasket....

The Gas tank cap was sold and so are some gasket. Still plenty parts left. Just added a new passenger side differential seal. Don't change your axle without replacing the seal.

I sent all 6 injectors to injectorRX. They have cleaned and tested 5 of them. One of them was bad so I replaced it with a new one from rock auto.

Yes, I installed a gasket for the egr tube. It was painful. Probably the most difficult part of the whole job. I believe I have installed it right, difficult to see.
