Make sure your leak is not coming from your oil cooler (what your oil filter spins on to). Very common oil leak and a super easy gasket to replace.

Not the first time an OEM part was sold as aftermarket. I have received OEM parts from Advance Auto a couple of times. I guess Nissan just dumps their inventory when the parts are a few years old.
