Heater/Air fan switch only works on #4

'96. The fan switch for heat and air only works on the high (#4) setting. It makes no difference if the AC is on or off.
Just a worn out switch?

I used to have to twist the key in the door lock twice to unlock all the doors. Now I just twist once to do it. And I never got my remote to work at all.
