Crazy Starting Problem

Well I've pretty much tried everything but maybe someone has had a similar problem as me.

When I turn my car on it will crank and crank and crank, pretty strong too, but it won't fully turn over....

Due to some massively cold temperatures I believe the rubber hose coming off the clutch slave cylinder split. I pushed my clutch pedal in and it basically stuck to the floor and it's been messed up...

If you put a turbo on there then it wouldn't be all motor now would it. And you usually want lower compression when you turbo something.
