The bracket that holds the license plate lights is part #96252-40U00 from Nissan, and was $38.15 when I replaced mine 7 years ago (after the original, 10 year old bracket disintegrated from rust)....

I should hope yours still looks and runs like new with only 82K. But you sure have had a lot of problems for a car with so few miles.
